Passionate Software Quality Assurance Professional with a proven track record of improving quality standards, leading high-priority projects, and exceeding management expectations. 

I have worked in the technology industry for over ten years and Software Quality Assurance for over eight years.

As a self-driven QA, I constantly sync with leadership to ensure my work meets company KPIs and communicate any technical changes which would benefit the business goal. In addition to being an exceptional communicator between the technical and business department, I identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks with high accuracy. 

I have mentored juniors in Aviation, Ag Tech, Financial, Healthcare, Electric Vehicle Charging, and Insurance industries. For example, in Aviation, after being an in-pod tester for a few months, I mentored a group of 8 manual QAs on how to be an in-pod tester. I taught manual testers how to build a maven project and write functional test cases using groovy language and gherkin syntax: resulting in higher confidence from management in our team to relocate the agile implementation contracting team to a different project. In Ag tech, I mentored manual QAs in writing automation scripts for API endpoints, web app user interfaces, and mobile applications, which increased our teams' confidence to reduce release times by 85% and provide 98% automation coverage of the application. In Healthcare, I jumped into an existing project acquired from a different State with limited resources and a short deadline to release the project to the public. With three months to test and release to people, I created a rubric and automated all possible scenarios with the given dataset to increase stakeholders' confidence in the project and release it ahead of schedule.

As an automotive enthusiast and seeing the emerging Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, I pursued my subsequent career in an Electric Vehicle Charger manufacturing company. After spending eight months in the industry and realizing the lack of many experienced people to manufacture a full-fledged product, I taught myself the industry standard for communication between electric vehicles and chargers. At my company, I helped the stakeholders make well-informed decisions about the products to focus on and reduce churned users due to previous bad experiences with our products. This decision led to a higher focus on stabilizing our products to reduce high demand in technical servicing costs.
